Look somewhere else after you read this If you are working with a client and trying to make placements and/or already have made placements with them, there are other groups and sometimes people within your group who recruiting people out of there. You can have money that you earned taken away form you for 'the good of the company' or for the benefit of someone else who will always be in management. Rules, best practices, policies, etc. are always changing and really don't exist. They do exist when management uses them to their advantage which will almost always take advantage of you. The short end of the stick will always be yours. Good luck, trying to work with other groups to cross-sell or create other opportunities. This place thrives on unhealthy competition. Every person for themselves. No training for new hies and this creates a revolving door. You are made to feel like you underachieve if your productivity takes a dip. I have seen my manager routinely misrepresents their productivity. We work on job orders that are not viable just so they can have some activity for the week. Culture & Values do not exist here, unless by culture you mean always for the betterment of yourself and yourself only. You are expendable.
