Most Toxic Work Environment I've Ever Experienced The heads of the company have no idea what they are actually building, let alone how to sell or market it. Management is very poor on communication and demands impossible things from staff. Pay is a downright joke. Extremely disorganized company with unrealistic expectations. Staff is a revolving door where talent is constantly being onboarded and then let go when they fail to save what is a terrible business idea to begin with.
