Nepotism not feminism... These are the top 10 reasons why I chose to leave. Payroll, PTO and 401k deposits were incorrect multiple times for me, being hourly. The last months I couldn?t even clock in and out. No one offered to help audit these issues. Still looking into my 401k..My manager came to my review with nothing written and no reason as to why I received the minimum raise ?based on merit?. I?ve saved the company about 20k from the work I?ve done.Multiple comments from uppers made it feel I was expendable and not valued. After almost 4 years in my profession, and many more years in the working world, I was not making a livable wage even after expressing my extreme interest in persuing my careeer there, and receiving glowing feedback based on my work.People are not measured on their job but by people?s opinions of them. Promotions are given to people with no background. I was not credited with my ideas, even when they were inacted by others.Minimal benefits, my spouse had to be on state insurance.I was reprimanded for taking a scheduled day off.Don?t say yes to an offer unless you?re happy with the pay as their hourly wages are low, and you won?t get pushed to salary for years. Last but not least, my manager did not agknowledge I was leaving. He never said bye. I worked with him for 1 year, and was at the company for over two.
