Nepotism/Racist/Narcissist/Toxic- Unhealthy HR practices during COVID19 Owner/CEO DOESN'T VALUE EMPLOYEES No work life balance Expect slave labor with no acknowledgement. If you are not Jewish, you mean nothing. Can you imagine working for ungrateful people 24/7? If so this is the job for you. HR does not exist in an operational regard (don't bother coming to her for any issues) Benefits are non-existent and flexibility in work schedule is true only on paper. General HR practices are aimed at company profitability rather than protecting the rights of the employees and creating a healthy work environment. HR has been present during delicate situations and she chooses to ignore those things. Everyone sees who you really are and it?s pretty disappointing. Covid19 has shown your true colors. She?s HR only when it?s convenient. Creativity and employee feedback are discouraged in favor of take it or leave culture and poor leadership.
