Owner prone to aggressive outbursts or rage HEAVY pressure regarding questionable billing practices Owners make unkind, inappropriate remarks about patients regularly If an employee asks for time off or demonstrates integrity when confronted to alter billing they will receive the silent treatment from management for weeks. This happened every 3 weeks routinely. The husband and wife owners lie whenever it suits their agenda, unfortunately. They tried to verbally modify my written and signed contract to only honor one week of vacation instead of the written 2 weeks. They prefer to hire therapists that they can bully into compromising their integrity. I found out no previous therapists lasted 6 months working there.
