No Culture, No Value, No Vision. No sense of working as a unit. Different practice groups are forced to only think about bringing in $$ that it becomes a divider. It is all about who is the highest biller, how many hours do I get, and who can I blame. The issues amongst the partners is visible, there is allot of tension and a culture of "throw someone under the bus". Walking around the office is discouraging. It makes you feel like major layoffs are going to take place (when everything is fine). Fake smiles, lots of stress and no sense of job security.
