No Planning Just Reacting You are left alone to do you job, Support is non-existent you won't get any help. You have to be in the "clique" or you are ignored and treated different. High turnover new people all the time. Mid-Managers just trying to promote and looking out for themselves with no consideration for those who work under them. No vision, no planning and no follow through. Alot of window dressing. There is very little communication within and between departments, large and thick silos. More effort will be given to try and get this removed then consideration for the validity on these concerns.
