No respect for employee It could have been a great place to work with all the competitive pay and great benefits offered to employees. However, the biggest drawback was the lack of respect for employees. Employees here weren't treated with respect. You get to experienced being shouted and screamed at for even the smallest mistake. They don't deal with that kind of situation with utmost professionalism, rather they resort to humiliation and shaming.
