Not a bad place to work if you are working on the Restaurant side. It has become apparent over time that the people who run this company, unfortunately, were unaware of exactly how difficult it may be to begin something at this scale. There isn't much guidance or communication whatsoever. You are handed tasks last minute with no proper training or understanding of what is exactly needed to be done which results in frustration. It is hard to get ahold of the owner due to his wearing "too many hats"
