CONS: There are unfortunately many negative aspects of this company that outweigh any benefit to working here: *They offer higher than normal salary but as a result, you will work 50-80 hours a week regardless of your department. Many positions are forced to do cross department projects, each with deadlines that are all expected to run concurrently with primary proijects. *The last 2 people who take PPL were promptly let go upon return. Management cited other reasons for the terminations. *You will be micro-managed and will have several bosses (feels like the movie Office Space). Operations will say they have made "hard decisions" when in fact new leadership at the top has allowed for the best talent to ill-treated which results in very high turn-over. *Any cost of living increase is quickly erased by the rise in insurance premiums the company offers. The company roster is kept low to avoid offering the next tier of benefits to their staff. *The CEO leads by fear and intimidation. He does not respect internal staff below management. Everyone is expected to be on call, all the time, regardless if you are on PTO. As a result, you will be flooded with emails.
