Not EVEN worth DOUBLE PAY!!!? If you?re ready for High School this is for you! Nothing worse than a bunch of condescending women in a rumor mill. I had zero training on the job from the ?trainer? assigned to me. I was only allowed to stand and watch even though I had 15 years experience! All staff has the office managers cell number and they text and talk like HS BFFFF?S to suck up. ?Newbies? are not welcome into their click! Within my first 4 days the PA through an out right 2 yr old tantrum, a MA stuck herself with a dirty needle( trying to be super fast with shot patients to impress doctors) and the next week the shot nurse gave a patient 10x the amount of his dose than he gets! Yes he had an anaphylactic reaction! Not worth pay or benefits to be in such an immature toxic environment!!!! Look elsewhere!!
