Not good, look elsewhere. Horrible health insurance - all options! Very hurtful they don?t care to provide decent health insurance to their employees. If you have to also include any members of your family, you are absolutely screwed, you?ll be paying though the roof anyways. No basic benefits like flexible pay-cost nothing. Vacation policy and time out also terrible. Few extra Jewish holidays if they fall on week days, but weird rule is in place, you have to be in before and after the holiday in order to take it, so if you are not in management, you can?t do much with it. Production office is small, cramped with people, dark and stuffy. There?s no space for anything. Samples and junk in piles all over the place. There?s no lunch room or cafeteria of any sort-need to eat at your desk. Don?t expect you can move upward either. Career death trap.
