While the product is great, the leads aren?t so good and you?re not allowed to prospect (never made much sense). WFH is frowned down upon outside of the engineering team and you?re expected to work 9-7. If you leave before that, you can expect a meeting with management. They promote flexibility, but I never saw it. In fact, people seemed nervous to use their generous ?unlimited vacation? time. Ask how many of their sales reps actually hit quota before you accept an offer. Don?t be fooled by the perks, this doesn?t make up for the stress and lack of work-life balance.
