Not the place for experienced or talented therapists The employer offers free sessions to clients that are then deducted from your hourly wages and you cannot turn down these deeply discounted sessions. Therapists are bullied into doing sessions (prenatal, ie) they are neither trained nor certified in. After giving generous notice that I would be leaving the company, employer terminated me after my following shift. The two paychecks I received after my final shift reflected a decrease in agreed upon wages with no explanation. The business does not abide by minimum wage laws set by NYS.
