Overworked and underpaid.... We deal with the lowest of the lowest class so your commissions never build up. Management NEVER shows up and when they do its to lecture you on how your attitudes are. We're owned by Nationwide but they sure are NOT on our side... $8 base and having to sell nearly $30,000 in premium in 2 weeks, just so you can have a paycheck that equals out to 12.50 an hour is not worth the hard work we put in.
