Painful work environment depending on the department you are in Horrible pay for the lower level employees. Okay pay the higher you are. High workload with no overtime pay. No work-life balance. Depending on the department, upper management gets away with doing whatever they want. Unrealistic expectations with no organization whatsoever. Not enough employees for the amount of work that needs to get done in order to fulfill the unrealistic expectations. Constantly stressful environment. Not enough mentoring available for the lower level employees that seem to be leaving asap.
