Pay is bad & no room for growth No room for growth even though it is said that after 6 months you can apply for a different position. Seems like you have to know someone or be on their good side or else they're gonna hire an external before they hire you. Degree and education aren't even considered when it comes to the pay. Other credit unions have better incentive plans and starting pay. For a growing company they don't seem to want to really retain their talents but just replace.
