Please don?t waste your time working here Does not pay well at all. Does not give raises. Also makes it impossible to move up. They also do not care about employees at all. CEO is fake and pretends to care about employees. but when real issues arise, they side with upper management over tellers. There was a manager that should have been fired for unwillingly closing employees bank accounts but they kept this manager. HR does not listen to complaints against other employees, 10 people quit my branch because of one manager and they are still employed there. Also if you are a former teller, they will say they?re paying you a higher starting pay, but then won?t give you a raise after 6 months like new tellers. However, the new tellers will make more than you after 6 months. Does not make any sense, don?t waste your time with this awful company!!!!
