Poor Company & Culture Management treats you like you are incompetent and need to be watched over like a 3rd grade student. No trust in employees and very bizarre work environment. Salaried employees are required to "clock in" and "clock out", they monitor your lunch and break periods (to the minute) and you are "spoken to" if you take a couple minutes here and there. That to me is just crazy, being that it is 2018 and the majority of companies TRUST their employees so what does it matter if your lunch break was 38 minutes or 30? As long as you're doing your job and doing a GOOD job - why nit pick?
