Proceed With Caution They have high turnover and it's not just because of COVID-19. It goes beyond that in time and depth. Consistently high turnover plagues the entire organization. It should make you pause. It should make you dig deeper. Searching through these reviews for answers is a good start. Read everything you have time to read. Take everything you read with a grain of salt, good and bad. Find the trends and ask probing questions about those trends before you join. In my experience, the culture of fear was vivid and real. I've never seen employees spoken to and disrespected the way I saw at COPE. There is no justification and no excuse for treating employees like that.
