Racist, ugly minded, arrogant, violent culture This is a family owned company. The owners have no college education and are stupids. All they know is to be narrow minded, racist and how to play with guns. They try to hire educated engineers but they cannot sync or work with them, because deep down they all are stupid and close minded. Cannot believe this company has been at the same state for 35 years. Their products have evolved but it?s still a backward culture. Treating non whites down, harassing them and bullying is common. On top of that the owners think the labour class are all violent people, when it?s the opposite. I found the workers honest and good natured and it?s these sales and owner folks who are rowdies. The owners clearly supported the people who went on bullying in the name of supervising and taking control of shopfloor. These people need to be investigated for harassment and workplace racism. Lawsuit needs to be filed as these are crimes against workers. The owners try to suppress the internal racism, harassment etc. someone needs to bring them to the labour court. Else their vile nature will carry on and so many educated and honest workers will be affected.
