RDT - Stay away. 1. This company will work you to the bone and strip you of any individuality you might have outside of work simply because there won?t be any time for what is outside of work, your personal life. In order to get a raise/bonus (not guaranteed every year, not even a merit to adjust for inflation, regardless of your position as engineer), you will have to put in 45/50 hours a week ? even then, nothing?s promised as it will be distributed to long-time employees or the few, favored ones. 2. With individuality gone, here to strip you of your dignity is the principle TB, a verbally-abusive tyrant that takes pleasure in afflicting emotional trauma and public humiliation onto his hard-working employees. The room in which the ?weekly status meetings? is held fills with terror as it is used by means of intimidation and an excuse to scrutinize and terrorize the already over-worked employees. It's honestly sickening what this guy does. 3. As if the soul-sucking job and the office humiliation by means of abuse wasn?t bad, the worst thing about RDT, professionally, is their lack of decent standards and working tools to get the job done right. The latter being that they are just plain-out cheap. 4. Like someone said earlier, RDA/RDT seem to operate unilaterally, as if they are not a single, cohesive unit of the person in the namesake. RDA disrespects and looks down upon the entire RDT division, which is sad because if not even your own people respect you, how do you expect 3rd parties to not do the same? In addition, certain people have the privileges of going home after lunch every Friday for ?religious reasons? while others? reasons to take a little break out of the day for the same cause are scrutinized, frowned upon, and met with financial loss by means of no compensation at the year-end. I love and respect all religions but if you?re going to give one party a privilege, please pass around the virtue of equality that should come along with it. 5. Many people have quit recently and some weren?t even there for too long. The benefits are absolutely horrendous. Bottom line is that unless you?re desperate for work, enjoy having no life, get aroused by someone talking down on you and embarrassing you in front of the entire division, I would steer clear of this like the coronavirus.
