Regrettable experience. Bad place to work. It was a good agency in the 80's and 90's. But that's no longer the case. They're still trying to relive their glory days with great fail. Instead of coming up with new ideas to pitch to new clients, they recycle old work from the 90s. Digital is minimal to none existent. It's a dinosaur agency. No budgets to shoot commercials. Everything is stock footage edited in an editing house. Nobody has gone on a shoot in over 4 years. Nobody has shot print work in over 2 years. It's not a good place for making career advancements. No promotions. No raises. There's no mentoring to young account execs. Account execs are treated poorly by the people above them and by creatives. Morale is the lowest its ever been. Everyone had taken massive pay-cuts for a total of 3 years. Everyone is either angry or depressed. Creatives are treated poorly and taken advantage of. Account people are treated worse. Coming from the creatives, the work is no longer good. Most of the people that work there wants to get out. I highly don't recommend working there. It's going to be one of the worst experiences of your life.
