I do not even know where to begin. A couple managers (less than a handful) are great and push there employees and actually know what the company needs to succeed. Others are completely lost and expect there employees to handle everything and accept there success as if it was there time and effort. My personal experience was shocking. Worst management I have ever witnessed. I witnessed and was a part of mockery when a mistake was made. I witnessed managers having countless smoke breaks(averaging an hour and 40 min daily)while there employees are glued to there desk. Management lacking basic soft wear tools, blaming there team for their personal mistakes(due to their own personnel insecurities) , not knowing or being aware of what had to be completed on a daily basis, actually REFUSING to satisfy manager calls and being demeaning to there employees (and yes, all this while working over 40 hrs). While being at Wyless I countlessly requested deadlines to make sure I satisfied daily goals but was told to figure it out myself after realizing management did not want to be held accountable(and succeeded). If you want to work for this company have everything in writing as management will lie and blame their overworked employees for there own incapabilities. Also if you can not work over your 40 hrs (for free) you are held incompetent and will be treated different. Some Managers are unprofessional and will ridicule their team. Mockery, harassment and remarks are done infront of several higher - ups and employees and and everyone chooses to turn their face as if it doesn't happen.(suggestion be proactive before a law suit is made) I have also witnessed management to staff gossiping of other employees or fellow management which brings negative moral to other employees. Again completely disturbing and hopefully things change now that they have been acquired. Hopefully they become aware of what is actually happening before they lose the great overworked employees. To customers: if you are even considering Wyless services BEWARE!!! Customer satisfaction is NOT on the to-do list.
