RUN AWAY!
Thought my worst job experience was behind me. Nope, congratulations, I was wrong...you are the new front-runner; THIS WAS IT. There is no "I" in team...and you have no team mentality here at all. The morale and culture you perpetuate is terrible...all others consider, or should consider, this place "dysfunctional". Poor communication, an understatement. Weak and/or unprofessional management personalities employing personnel who don't know any better. Moody tenured personnel have entitlement issues and/or control complexes.
