Run for The Hills Management here is very vindicative, petty, and disrespectful. Owner is extremely callous and will fire employees on whim without having a sound reason to do so. Feels like they do this to set an example to the rest of the company so everyone can stay in line, which is a fear based tatic. Conformity and obedience is expected. Morale is low since they treat their employees as expendable and replaceable, not as valuable assets. Extremely callous upper management that enjoys using people and discarding them without a moments notice.
