Run! I worked here for 6 months and watched as smart person after smart person was fired because they challenged leadership on vision or direction. Latch hires really smart people and then expects them to do as they're told, without question. It was really sad to watch. I was lucky enough to get out and find a much better workplace where they value and embrace new ideas and way of thinking. Take a long, hard look at the resume of the leaders of this company before you agree to work here. They may have had one good idea, but it does not mean they know how to run a company.
