Sadly the worst place I ever worked There is not enough time in the day to describe the cons of this establishment. I had never been more miserable than when I was working for this company. It is a cubicle farm. You barely leave your desk and it would be frowned on to do so. You could hear a pin drop because you are not allowed to socialize. There is no team work or camaraderie. Everyone is just worried about making themselves look good even if it's at the expense of a teammate. HR will try to offer donut and cupcake "parties" every few months but people are so scared of their image that they leave after 10-15 min. You are EXPECTED to travel and WORK (for free) 12 hour days during their busy show season on the weekends. This work can be described as laborious set up and retail. Layoffs happen frequently and remaining employees will be expected to pick up the work regardless of your experience with little to no training. There is no culture and literally a lack of culture as there is barely any Hispanic or African American employees and during my team there I heard a least 3 racist/racially insensitive comments. Run far away. I don't care what they promise you, save yourself the drama and disappointment.
