Seriously The Worst Company I Have Ever Worked For Very high level of micromanagement Zero Respect for any employees Will not respect your vacation requests, they have to be taken only when convenient to the management's schedule Lunch breaks, mingling with fellow employees, etc. is not encouraged. Employees are pitted against one another Management is basically siblings who run this company without any guidelines, workplace ethics; and basically decide when to hire, fire, etc on a whim Worst turnover, They go through a minimum of employees every year. Employees are fired for the smallest and most stupid reasons. Salary is far below industry standards. Just do yourself a favor and work literally anywhere else!
