Short-Sighted and Narrow-Minded Leadership lacked vision and played favorites big-time. When hired in, I was informed that there were "known favorites" around the office and if I wanted to stay employed there, I'd steer clear of them. (Apparently, I didn't keep enough distance!) Head of HR was exceptionally hard to please and was very self-centered. At one point, she asked a colleague and I to leave the common bathroom so that she could "pee in privacy." Profit sharing was enabled only to a chosen few employees. Health benefits and 401K were only offered after you'd been employed for a year. The firm as a whole missed massive opportunities for growth and will probably stay small in size until they decide to expand their thinking.
