Smoke and Mirrors Advanced Resources seems to have a good reputation with temporary candidates and clients but working internally for this company is a different story. I had very high hopes and was excited to accept a position with AR but after several months in the job, I realized that I had made a mistake. The culture created by upper management is toxic, stressful and political. Upper management lacks integrity and talks behind employees' backs. AR is experiencing rapid growth but that is not an excuse to treat employees with disrespect. If you are a staffing industry professional looking for a company where you can build a career with the support you need, this is not the place for you.
