So. Much. Incompetence. Skills and competencies of employees from top to bottom. There are people that work here that do not know how to right click and open a new tab. There are people that do not know to how function the CRM, even though that's their job. There are people here that don't know what their team is doing on a day to day basis. There are people here that themselves have no idea what the product is. There are people here that are scared of new technology (1WS is a technology company). There are people here that openly talk about not knowing the basics when it comes to using a computer. There are people here that push work off to others because they are too lazy to learn something new. I'm being easy on them here, could be simply that they are not capable to learning something new. The wrong people at the top, the smarter people are suppressed into positions that limit their exposure. It's by design, because if those employees had more exposure, the ones at the top would be exposed for the frauds they are.
