Started Off Amazing, Slowly Became Horrible Long work hours Either way under staffed, making it harder for employees and scheduling managers to have lives outside of the store, or way over staffed, making it hard for employees to earn good pay Will be reprimanded for the smallest of things Passive aggressive, micromanaging, and irresponsible owner [mass emails about specific people, reprimanded for supposedly inappropriate clothing (like a cat hoodie) without giving an actual dress code, delaying pay checks without notifying staff, ...] Managers do nothing while staff are expected to go above and beyond. They're also allowed many, many 10 minute cigarette breaks on top of their lunch breaks, while staff aren't. Favoritism is very evident
