Sweatshop, no benefit and endless unreasonable work. First of all, DO NOT believe in those positive comments since they are all made-up to cover the negative comments here. In terms of the company, there is no kind of a business model here in the company, which means clients here may take some risks signing with their packages. SO AS EMPLOYEES. The leader of this team would convince their sales people to somehow lie to the clients so that the leader would earn money, some of the sales people would do so and they can get higher commission. However, when the clients realize that there are something wrong with their contracts or the services, employees in other departments who are along with the clients to carry out the contract would take the responsibilities first, this is totally ridiculous. This company apparently lacks of leadership and management. Employees here are nice people with solid abilities and background, they deserve better care and leadership to build a solid team. However, the company even does not have paid time off or any work from home day, not to mention any insurance.
