terrible company with no leadership HR, management, and president are useless if you need to address anything important. There is no chain of command and no one seems to be in charge, but everyone in management acts like they are in charge. If you offer to help with something or have a suggestion to improve things they act like you're stepping all over their toes. The company culture is disgusting. Racism, sexism, nepotism are all prevalent and like it says above: HR is useless.
