Terrible work environment

Racist and sexist comments made casually, then defended by males "we were just joking, come on" A lack of proper HR personnel to help employees deal with concerning issues The company has been taken to court a few times over issues mentioned above, yet nothing changed. Seems to be the general rule that you need to earn respect from others, that basic professional courtesy and respect don't exist without you fighting for it (HR personnel actually said that).
