the blind leading the blind! Half the time your paycheck will not clear the bank. This happened 3 times in the 3 months I worked their which was basically every other check. I can't afford to wait an extra week for them to make more sales to then wire money into everyone account. Their accountant stated this is how small businesses work so I quite there and went to a large company where I know my paycheck will be on time.
