The worst job I?ve ever had
We kept moving to different wework offices for no reason. My boss was from the UK and was consistently on vacation leaving me to cover their work. The team only consisted of the two of us. I got scolded for not managing both of our workloads while my boss was on one of their many vacations. You?re Insanely micro managed, but when you need help you?re basically ignored until a client gets mad they haven?t received there reports on time. I got in trouble for walking into the office at 9:02 when we had to be there by 9 (I thought my boss was joking at first). I got judge on performance with ?OKRs? and after my first week they told me I was behind. Of course I was behind I just started at the company. When I mentioned this I was told ?Are you super awesome? Bc we only hire super awesome people? I?m not joking that was said.
