They don't respect employee They are lack of professionalism and don't know how to respect people. I was invited to the interview for an intern opportunity. They don't email. They call. and they don't even schedule time for the call. Even if they scheduled the time, they didn't call on time. They don't know how to interview people. They didn't ask many questions related to my resume, but busy with their own work and let me do some work for them at the first interview. They asked me to do 1 week unpaid intern and then they will talk about if they want to give me the full time offer, which is fine for me. However, the boss is very picky. He gave me a new project, which no one have never done before, and no one knew how to do it. I tried to do it but I couldn't finish it on my second day at work, because there were too much things to learn for me. The boss only showed up 4 hours per day at afternoon, we barely talked, and he thought I was not skillful enough as he expected. Then they let me do meaningless work that every department don't want to do for the rest of the week from 10am to 7pm. Then they told me if I could do another week of unpaid intern. I said ok. And they told me they don't need me to come and they will call me tomorrow. AND THEY GHOSTED ME. I don't even want to call them because writing down this review will be the last time I will ever waste my time on this company. When you are hiring an intern, you are testing the intern, but the intern is testing your company too. People have their value and self-esteem. Even if they give me an full time offer, I would decline it.
