They try to be a good company but fall short They don?t give raises, CEO says we don?t give raises because we give a bonus. Their bonus plan percentages are not real high and bonus is based upon company performance. Bad results no bonus and no raise. Because of this you have people that work just enough to keep their job, there is no motivation to go above and beyond what is in your job description. They have a 401k plan but their match is 1%. They have good insurance benefits and if you are only getting insurance for yourself it is very affordable. If you have to cover a spouse or dependents it is expensive.
