The more they are trying for their existence, the further they are nearing to their end days. Nri Fintech is not worth a company working for. It is highly unstable and there is no job guarantee. Even if you join this organization, you will end up being tortured daily, as the management will continuously blackmail you if you dont stay late mayb till 9:00 p.m. The HOD is just a puppet who wags his tails in front of the Japanese people. He has no powers of his own. They is a lot of lobbyism during ratings and reviews. Its a big NO for this organization. Anyways in time, it is about to be shut down, due to lack of resources and no projects. The failure rate of this company can be monitored by the fact that almost 150 employees lest in the past 6 months. It is unbelievable, that even after this setback, they hold their egos and have not changed.
