Too Much Work Not Enough Staff At 325 Kent Ave Brooklyn, New York there is too much work for employees working their shifts and not enough employees to cover the working areas. Many a time employees are working by themselves and not able to finish their own work assignments because prior shift employees did not finish their duties. Work assignments given are not divided evenly. Favoritism among employees with management. Management is not organized and schedules are not set for cleaning duties. Meetings are held with no results which are a waste of time. Employees are excepted to cover other shifts of employees that are not in the same position for breaks instead of having a floater to cover certain breaks in order to allow employees to finish their work. Managers take advantage of their positions which cause issues and miscommunications with employees and staff.
