Toxic and discriminatory work environment Management is abusive, unprofessional, and openly uses favoritism to demean employees. Expectations, rules, and responsibilities are constantly shifting. Managers openly encourage copying other (often smaller, independent) retailers and belittle any original ideas from their creative team (unless you happen to be their personal friend). Complete lack of employee appreciation, professional development, or gratitude of any sorts. There is no work-life balance. This company, and URBN in general, exploits and abuses young people, especially young women, attracted to a "cool" job. It's shameful. It is going to destroy this business over time--it already has deeply affected sales. You're worth more than what this company has to offer. Please, do not work here if you have other options.
