Toxic culture, bad management - stay away! Toxic culture, they make you think they are employee-focused but they are not. Everything has a price. They claimed they favor working from home but I quickly learned that it was not allowed. A lot of gossip. The IT infrastructure was from the dark ages...you are not even allowed to plug a USB key to the laptop. Zero trust. Personally, I had to suffer through the worst boss I've had in my whole career. Bullying and intimidation was rampant and they hide it by blaming their behavior on a lack of performance. Happy to not be working there anymore.
