Toxic Work Environment, No Work/Life Balance, No Room for Growth No paid sick/vacation days. 3 PTO days after 3 months, another 8 PTO after a year. You must use these as your paid sick or vacation. Health insurance offered after 3 months, very expensive rate. 401k has not been integrated yet. Management arrives at work several hours late then force engineers to stay late by assigning a project after hours. Hours are 9-5:30 but expect lots of overtime and weekends. Never seen such nepotism.
