Treats Employees Terribly The office culture is pretty hostile. I have never been treated more disrespectfully at a place of employment. Owner would not even look at you when you asked her questions and would yell at you. Expect to be texted/ called on weekends and late nights . Employees constantly complained about management to each other. You will feel like you can?t discuss issues bc owners are married so it makes it very awkward. There is also no structure and low communication. Honestly, such a shame bc it could be such a cool company to work for if employees were treated kindly.
