Underdeveloped Behavior Leads to Toxic Work Environment Overall the executive team has terrible communication skills. Everyone is so passive aggressive and when asked to do a project, directions are very vague. This often led to not understanding FULLY what is being asked of you. Most of the time nothing ever got pushed through the pipeline due to lack of feedback and again....direction. For the most part, you never knew if the CRO was coming or going due to her sketchy behavior. Everyone under her was either severely stressed or just overall unhappy. Employees are hired and then fired within a year (because they're not quote on quote "a good fit")so keep your options open. Lineate has the potential to be a great place, however, this will never happen if the executive team doesn't change.
