Unorganized Chaos Owner would constantly throw temper tantrums every day (he would curse and throw things all the time), thus a very stressful environment. Never received a pay raise even after being there for 2 years (only received a $10 Starbucks gift card for my work anniversaries). Owner is cheap and would often cut corners. Owner has no clue what he's doing but likes to buy expensive toys for the shop. Owner would talk crap about his clients behind their backs to me. Owner tried to sneak into my personal email (Google notified me of this). Was hardly reimbursed for travel. Would often receive my paychecks days late so that was really stressful; he'd act like he'd forgotten. No benefits. No PTO. Would talk crap about his past staff members. Fired me on my birthday and gave me a BS reason. I wanted to grow and learn more about how to wrap graphics on cars and he would lead me on by saying he'd send me to training, never did thus the potential to grow is not present.
