Unpaid wages, wrong w2 and backdated paystubs I joined this company back in SEP 2013, last year they made me relocate to IL, and delayed my payments for couple of months, however I was informed initially that you will get paid on time no matter what. They were not willing to pay me and kept giving me a reason that ?we didn?t receive any payments from the client?. Furthermore when I tried to explain that I really need pay as I relocated and am out of funds they ignored my calls. Eventually I had to call IRS and tell them whole situation which made them to pay me due salary. I was given wrong W2, till the last date of tax filling I never received corrected copy even though I requested it multiple times. Back dated pay stubs, since they were not paying me on time they decided to backdate all my pay stubs. October 2016 salary was given in Dec 2016, but pay stub shows pay date as Nov 2016 November salary was received on 28th March 2017, but pay stub shows pay date as DEC 2016 December 2016 salary was received in the late FEB 2017, but pay stub shows pay date as early FEB
