Unrealistic expectations of rent surveyors Pay seems kind of low. Only fully complete surveys count towards your weekly requirements, yet I was only able to fully complete 20% of the surveys I opened on a given day. 70% of the calls I made in a day went straight to answering machine, for which you are only paid pennies. This is my second week, and I did not meet my quota last week, and I will not meet it this week. They say the job will take 15-20 hours a week, but you are allowed to work up to 40 hours a week, though this will not help if you cannot put in 8 hours a day, and are not able to fully complete a lot of surveys.
